MTH Kids

Every summer the Wimberley Village Library offers an incentive reading program for all children of the community free of charge. Research is clear that children who don't read during the summer can lose up to three months of reading progress and that loss has a cumulative, long-term effect. The incentive reading program is available to children ages 2 years though high school. This program is designed to give children an added incentive to read during the summer break. The program begins the same day WISD students are out of school. Specific information about this program and summer events will be posted on the website in May.
