February 7: The heART of Science – Create beautiful stylistic hearts three ways: 1) a watercolor/oil resist, 2) marbled paper and 3) a birdseed ornament!

February 14: Galentine’s Special – A craft and essential oil 2-hour special class. Relax, craft and enjoy a scented experience with this special Galentine’s class. We will hand paint taper candles and create a scented peppermint foot soak along with some other goodies!

February 21: Amate Mexican Folk Art – Taking inspiration from the ancient Mexican tradition of making and then painting tree bark paper, we will modernize this technique by using brown butcher paper and oil pastels!

February 28: Mod Podge Wine Bottle & Tissue Paper Lights – Transform used wine bottles into vibrant and colorful bottle lights! LED lights make these safe to use in the home and outdoors!



Make journal pages, decorative tags and other mixed media projects using a variety of materials.

February 8: Stuffed Paper Hearts – Beautiful, embellished book page hearts make perfect Valentine’s gifts! You will want to make more than one!

February 22: Journal Shaker Tags – Use decorative paper, acetate film, sequins and chunky glitter to make gorgeous paper tags that “shake” and shimmer!

February 24: Bird Painting with Acrylics

Learn how to transfer a cardinal image to paper and then paint with acrylics! The class will spend more in depth time developing the picture and painting. Beginner friendly.

February 29: Accessory Swap

Join us for a fun ladies night event! Light appetizers will s tart the evening and ladies can bring their favorite adult beverage.

The swap will look like this: 1) Participants will bring THREE *accessory items from home to swap. 2) 8′ tables will be set up bazaar style and all items laid out by type. 3) Ladies will browse among the accessories and take home up to three new items to replace their donations.

* Accessories can be earrings, necklaces or any type of jewelry; other welcome items are sunglasses, scarves, hats, purses, bags, and other gently used goods.

No clothing items please

Unclaimed items will be donated!

An open craft studio where participants can bring in art or craft projects to work on or to finish. Come solo or bring a friend!

No registration is required. Walk-ins welcome space permitting.

Limited tools and supplies will be available.



The library collection has over 200 books on craft history and hands-on craft projects from soap-making to maker technology! These books are located in the non-fiction area and are available for check-out.
