Use simple materials like brown bags, colored pencils, and watercolors to make decorative fall foliage!
LADIES NIGHT OUT
Sound Healing with Shannon!

Join Shannon Larissa of Wimberley Sound Bath, as she guides participants through a simple group grounding practice that includes a journey in sound using instruments designed to calm and relax the body and mind for a blissful, holistic experience!
Ladies are encouraged to wear loose and comfortable clothing. Everyone will need to bring a Yoga or Pilates mat OR a soft blanket to serve as a meditation pad. We will have some mats and blankets on hand for those who do not have one.
Eye pillows will be provided. The library will provide light refreshments following the sound healing session.

Jennifer McGee presents: Georgia O’Keeffe Studio!
Explore the work of American artist Georgia O’Keeffe. We will be painting with soft pastels to create our own desert skull portrait, inspired by one of O’Keeffe’s New Mexico skull pieces.
Adults: 18+ / Studio Size: 12
Participants are encouraged to bring a brown bag lunch to enjoy during a 30-minute lunch break. The library will provide water, ice, and cookies!

The library collection has over 200 books on craft history and hands-on craft projects from soap-making to maker technology! These books are located in the non-fiction area and are available for check-out.
