June 7: Janna Mills with Wimberley Science Club presents: Summer Science! / in-person / class size: 10 / Experiment with kitchen chemistry to make ice cream, create a gorgeous summer painting using bubbles, and make our own sea spouts or ocean tornadoes.

June 14: Ann Steine with Growing Hearts Art presents: Catch All Tote! / via Zoom / Class size: 10 / Cool tote to hold your favorite sewing notions, yarn, or fabric. Great for household or book storage!

June 21: Pat Galvin with Wimberley Library presents: Funky Flowerpots! / in-person/ Class size: 12 / Paint a one-of-a-kind summer flower pot using acrylic paint and markers.

June 28: Pat Galvin with Wimberley Library presents: Papier-mâché Bird Mobile! / in-person / Class size: 12 / Upcycle cardboard and newspaper to create whimsical bird mobile to hang in a kid’s room or a window.


Make journal pages, decorative tags and other mixed media projects using a variety of materials.

Use simple items like mixed media paper, elastic bands, markers, and paint pens to create a unique abstract journal or art page.

June 22: Pat Galvin with Wimberley Library presents: Painted Paper Envelopes!

Paint, stamp, and mark paper with paints and markers to create your specialty paper. Use this paper to make beautiful, decorative envelopes perfect for enclosing gift cards, journal pockets, and more.


Saturday Studio is an extended class giving participants a more in-depth learning experience focusing on fine arts. Registration will start a week before class.  Stay tuned for more registration information.
