Late last week was especially busy at the library, even accounting for the wonderful rainfall.
We had special activities for children and young adults through the weekend, because we are now starting our fall and winter programs designed especially for them.
Today, one of our most popular programs was presented by Larry Morris, a local author of science fiction. Larry talks to groups at the library several times a year about how he self-publishes and why. Outside on the front porch we had our Moveable Art Gallery put together and staffed throughout the day by Zeina Cook, who is an artist in her own right, working primarily in copper and with PhotoShop in other media.
So, because of demand, we have programming both inside and outside the building sometimes.
