IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
Class registration begins on Friday at noon for the next week’s classes ONLY and closes again on Monday at noon. To register for classes, you must register between 12 pm Friday and 12 pm Monday.
HOW TO REGISTER:
1. Visit the Library’s homepage and scroll down to the Events Calendar.
2. Go to the date of the class you want to attend.
3. Click the text that says “Registration is required”
4. Fill in your information.
You should receive a confirmation from Assabet, the library’s scheduling software. Assabet will also send class reminders and a link to cancel if you need to.

This year’s theme is Creepy Tales from Legends & Folklore.
Build a Crankie Theater depicting your favorite spooky story from folklore- anything from Grimm’s fairy tales to local urban legends!
Categories: Youth, Teen, Adults
Prizes: Adults & Teens – 1st place $50 Amazon gift card, 2nd place $25 Amazon gift card, 3rd place $15 Amazon gift card. Youth – surprise items!

We’ll be hosting a Craft Fair on Saturday, December 6, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. If you’d like to join us as a vendor, simply download the application and agreement. Once completed, you can mail it, email it, or hand-deliver it to Jen.

We’ll take a look at Harper’s interesting owls and his clean, simple lines to create an owl of our own using found objects to dip and stamp to create patterns.
October 15: Image Transfer Votive Candles

Copy images onto glass to create personalized votive candle holders.
October 22: Birth Constellations
Presented by Bregan Ford
Create celestial artwork based on your birthday using metallic inks and sparkles.
October 29: Soul Collage
Presented by Rachael Maly
Enjoy some self-discovery through the creation and intuitive analysis of collaged cards led by a professional art therapist.

Bleeding tissue is an easy way to create a watercolor effect without paint! We’ll use this fun material to create a pair of fall greeting cards.
