Children from a Wimberley home-school group staged a Kids Entrepreneur Market on Saturday, Dec. 22, on the front porches of the library to help raise funds for our expansion.

The kids sold everything from hand-made slime to hand-made wool caps.

The foundation and the library board certainly appreciate the efforts of these families, not only because they took on a cause and decided to help but also because they learned a little bit about how hard it is to make money and raise money, a life lesson if there ever was one.
